From Graham J@21:1/5 to All on Tue Jun 6 13:12:46 2023
    Open https://www.santander.co.uk/

    Click "Log on"

Start typing my Personal ID (actually my email address):

    graham@

    ... but I can't type the @ character.

    Keyboard is OK
    Other websites work OK

    Tried Firefox, Chrome, IE11
Tried 2 separate computers - both run Windows 7
Tried an Android phone using Chrome

Same failure with Santander website on all these devices.

Can somebody else try this please?

    TIA

    Watch this one folks!
Santander uses an 8 digit code and NOT a personal ID
The link provided may not go to Santander so I'm not going to try it.

my personal id is ten digit numeric, though it does allow me to type alphanumerics into the field, it doesn't accept @ or other punctuation
