My home network is firewalled and I cannot acces it with either a
plugged in ethernet cable nor by wireless.
I installed Privatefirewall, a freebie, some days back. It caused
problems and I had to uninstall it. I'm wondering if this SPRT file
is a left over from it or is a Windows firewall file.
?

WE use both private firewall 7.0 and PC tools Firewall and we do not
have that file at all in our machine. So, you must of obtained it
somewhere else, may even be malware from being on the net. Were
running windows 6.1 64 bit and windows firewall is turned off. No
problems with either one of them, but we like the PC tools firewall
better, as it leaves nothing to be unseen, as in private firewall has
some minor issues.

I was contemplating on making some suggestions, except I noticed the datestamp for Bill's post was over a year ago. I doubt Bill has been anxiously awaiting for a response more than a year later.
