and they have delivered... nothing. And I don't think
the workers are at home sitting on their hands for nothing.
There's no materials to use for production. Deadlock.

Something has to go right for a change, and that
change starts in November. The Era of the Chimpanzee
is over. You can't go much lower, than how things
are going at the current time.
