    HTML is not permitted in this newsgroup.

    You can't actually stop him.



    No, but you can effectively stop him in two ways:

    1. Killfile him

    2. Set your newsreader to read all posts in plain text.

    I do both, and I recommend that everyone else here do the same thing--especially #1.

    The trouble is you then get the reply threads now starting "Re:" from
    people not posting in HTML so you have to ignore them too.. Like I
