    Sincere apologies for the problems with the May Excalibur SysOp chat. For
    some reason, my "local log-on" froze the local node and would not reset causing all nodes to fail completely or post a "too many connections"
    message. After a re-boot, the system returned to normal for outside
    callers. Local function is still a problem and I will be looking into it.
