    Did you find a terminal that deserves the 'best' title? I've been using Proterm

    on my Apple IIc, but it forces 80-column mode, which only looks good when I have the apple ii plugged into a 1084S (sacrilege!). I'd actually like to find something that works with 40-column mode so I can use it with a composite to vga adapter. (1084S is great, but desk space is limited.)

    I am writing this on an Apple //gs using MegaTerm with full Ansi! One down side is the arrow keys do not work so using certain menus is very hard. LOL

    Just thought I would chime in being the subject fit my current connection.
