    On 64bit ARM, running Gentoo, compiled straight on device, with Musl. We won't needs eyes where we're going.

    Very cool! At some point I wanna try out the whole mess on a M1, but even refurbs are insanely expensive right now -- especially for something I'd turn around and install BSD on :)

    This is just bog standard Odroid N2, it's bit overpriced but just about every hobby electronics shop will have it in stock and support is good enough. Not so sure about BSD tho, OpenBSD on AArch64 is in pitiful state and NetBSD comes with the usual caveat of nobody supporting it out of the box. Still, a cig pack sized computer that blows the big, bad POWER4 workstation out of the water performance wise.
