Thanks for this good sir, I have just woken up and been in touch with g00r00 who has pulled an all nighter to release this version. It fixes a couple of fairly serious issues with packet tossing and SSH

Folks - if you are on A40 please update to A41 as soon as able.

    Best, Paul

Waiting for g00r00 to adjust how passwords are moved from the users.dat to
the new area. My passwords I use on any mystic system before A40 wont work
on A40/A41 if upgraded from A39 or below due to how complicated I made em.

    My own down-fall I guess. =P

There is not going to be a change to the passwords unless there is an actual issue.

The problem you likely are having is that you were generating passwords that were 20 characters long when Mystic A39 and prior only support 15 character passwords. So when you pasted them in, Mystic only actually saved the first 15 characters.

Now that Mystic supports 25 character passwords, you're probably pasting in
the full 20 character password to login which is not what your password is. Your password is likely only the first 15 characters.

Thats just a guess based on what you mentioned earlier. If there is a
problem of course I'll fix it, but there hasn't been any problems so far
except the early pre-alpha upgrade which didn't copy over the new users.dat.

Oh wow, never did think of that I will try the other BBS again. =D

    Thank you!
