• Netrunner Request

    From Captain Obvious@21:1/157 to g00r00 on Thu Feb 6 19:10:02 2020
Not to take away from time with Mystic but is there any chance of you adding Doorway support to Netrunner? Don't even know if anyone besides myself would
    be interested.

I haven't heard of anyone ever using Doorway (well not in many many years)! I am curious what you're using it for? I'm not opposed to the idea if it is documented and it makes sense, but to be honest I have neglected NetRunner a lot over the years... so it might be a while before I get around to it.

Old Dos applications. Lit and Mag viewers mainly. Most of them work fine but there's some that don't send the cursor keys correctly. I know mtelnet and syncterm have doorway support but I prefer Netrunner.

Yeah, not a huge deal anyway. I may put something together in a Pi later on
and run them under DOSEMU and use rlogin. IDK. Will have to sit down and
    think it out first.

Keep me on the list of doorway users. I love it for setting up DOS doors.

I use list (Vernon D. Buerg), q31 (Quick-Filer by Kenn Flee), and
QEdit (SemWare). And can't forget Turbo C++ 3.0. Ahh.

Sorry, I forgot for a moment that DOS is dead.

    Take care,

Between Doorway and Dosbox it's very handy for old DOS doors.

Ah -- I also used LIST! A very nice file browser, viewer indeed!

The last version I got hold of (before Vernon passed away) was LIST Enhanced 2.4y from October 2008... but I registered it already in 2001. :)

    Best regards
