Yes and no:

"BBS email is private one to one email between BBS users. It's accessed when logged in to the BBS by using the MC and MW menu commands. This email resides solely within the BBS and is not (at this point) external email that you can send via the Internet to someone else using a typical email address."

Hi Manu,

I'm not sure about receiving email, but it should be possible to send emails out. Xqtr wrote up a tutorial on this a while back. Take a look for a
download called XQ-EMAIL.ZIP. Let me know if you can't find it and I can
upload it on my BBS.

I uploaded it to a local file base called 'BBS utils'. You can telnet to my
BBS at stellardarkness.com:1023 or via SSH at stellardarkness.com:1022.
