    Hello All!

While doing some MPL, I'm noticing something as mentioned in my previous message. The docs in mystic.txt it states when using the FU command:

    Command : FU
Description : Upload a file. This command will allow a user to
transfer a file from their computer into the BBS
    system's file base.
    Optional Data : None.

But when I do MenuCmd('FU') I'm getting an error because there isn't a second parameter. When I pass it a second parameter it doesn't error.

What I am trying to accomplish is in MPL switch to a File Area, in my case it's ID#211 and then upload to it.

File Area #211 is set to s255 for List and everything else is much lower for upload and download.

Any help with this would be appreciated.

    Thanks!

This is a problem that may require me to make a change in Mystic. To change with FA you will need to meet the list ACS, so this would only work if the user has 255 security.

There is an "Upload Base ID" that can be defined in the configuration that will allow users to upload to it without selecting that base or having List ACS but I don't know if that would work for you.

Using that option is intended to allow you to have a private upload base if that is what you're trying to do.

There may not be a way to use the built in upload system that does not apply
an area's access requirements to the user (I am sure you can understand why)
so I would probably have to make a change in Mystic to support that.

I'm sure whatever you come up with, would be the right way to do it. Let me know how you wanted to proceed with it, as time allows. Also in my earlier message I described what I was trying to accomplish.

    Thanks!
