Thanks for the reply. Took a day, but I'm online with fsxnet. So excited.

Still learning and setting up BBS. I want to get a good collection of messages, before advertising the BBS.

In fairness a lot of instructions out there pre-date fsx_tst... which means a lot of new initial posts still arrive here first.

    Hey Granville,

Yes. But was having issues so posted here also. Sorry for the extra traffic. Both eventually came through.

I got your netmail a few days ago from zone 954. I have no info on zone 954 so I can't reply to that address but I'll reply here.

You were asking about QWKnetworking and/or Weednet.

I have heard of Weednet but I am not a member of it. I don't kow what message or file areas they have or what the traffic levels for that net are.

Maybe someone here about can give you some info about it.

Sorry I can't say more, but it's unknown to me.

Unless 20 For Beers has had connection issues, Weednet has been very quiet - I think only a couple of messages so far in 2024. I don't know much else about it besides there being Weednet echoes listed on 2oFB and they've been very low-traffic (or no-traffic) for a while.

I think since it's been made legal here in Canada it's not such a big
deal anymore. I went to a small store in the town closest to the woods
and picked up 3 pre roll's of "Animal Face" yesterday. It is a sativa
strain. Helped me relax and be social enough to handle the few guests
we had over last night and enjoy the AC/DC cover band. Also got a couple
of cans of Orange Passionfruit infused soda, this is a very low THC
drink with high CBD. That helped with the pain levels.

There is the most I've posted in my entire life about weed. LOL

Sounds like a nice time! I am pretty sure I've heard of Animal Face, but despite smoking a ton of weed (or maybe because of it) I've never been good at remembering different strains. I haven't tried the infused soda, but I do enjoy gummies often (enough that I rarely smoke anymore).

There is the most I've posted in my entire life about weed. LOL

I think this might be the most I've posted about weed on BBSes too.

When legalization kicked in, it left me a bit confused after all those years of smoking illegally, I almost had to go run a few stop signs just to maintain my lifestyle. ;)

As a rule I don't smoke, but I have been vaping. I just got sick and

Wait - weed can help you put up with unwanted house guests? Maybe there *is* something for me in it...

The pre-rolls are SO CONVENIENT! I've rolled thousands of joints and found that the rolling process is part of the whole event - I think of it a bit like uncorking a wine bottle. But I'll be damned if I don't find pre-rolls the ultimate convenience. :)

With my hands I don't have the fine motor skills requried anymore to roll
a good one. Andrea rolls amazing ones so she helps too, but like you said sooooo convient to just pop in buy 3 pre-rolls for the weekend and carry
