• Magicka bug

From Blue White@21:4/134 to apam on Sun Sep 9 17:04:00 2018
    Good afternoon,
I think I may have found a small bug with 11 alpha. I was doing some maintenance today and removed a JAM message base. It was one that I had
been testing with and did not need any more. I deleted the files, removed
it from my config file for that group, and restarted Magicka.

Whenever I would get to the message menu, "carrier" would get dropped or
the system would hang. I thought about it some and realized that I was
joined to that area that I had deleted for the purpose of having it
    included in my bluewave packets.

I added the area back to the config file for that group, deleted the inuse semaphore, and was able to log on and download this packet. I also checked and, sure enough, Magicka thought I was joined to that group. I
unsubscribed, logged off, removed it from the config, restarted Magicka,
    and logged back on.

It hung again, so my suspicion about it being due to being joined to it was wrong, but removing the area apparenty does cause an issue.

    Thanks!

Is the area the last one in the ini file?

If this is the case, I've pushed a fix that I think will fix it :)

No, it was next-to-last BUT the area I apparently had read last in that
config file was the last one, and it was the group that I had last read...
so it would have been the last config used and therefore the one it was attempting to open, by default, when I chose 'M' from the main menu.

    Hope that helps!

I will try to git it soon and give it a try. Thanks!
