Finally fixed an issue with delete (DEL) vs backspace in ENiGMA 1/2 -- especially relevant for FSE.

I had previously treated them the same due to *nix terminals sending DEL when the backspace key was pressed. They are now separated *when possible*, which means ANSI-BBS terminals work as expected.
