    I just uploaded to your BBS btwzip.zip. It is the Beta version of Break
    the web. It is not for public consumption (Download for use on other BBS's), but you can have people play it on your BBS.

    Please let me know how the Installation went...

    Installation was pretty easy, I more or less just copied over my setup
    from star trek enhanced.

    The only issue I encountered was Magicka doesn't do door.sys yet, using dorinfo1.def resulted in people being called "No Alias" however there
    real name was correct.

    I will look at adding door.sys support to magicka soon, until then I'll
    keep the door hidden on the menu (Press A if you want to play it).

    I've set up to run NMaint in start.bat

    I added door.sys support to magicka and it's all good now.

    I'm running nmaint.exe as nightly maintenance now as running after the
    player exited always reset the turns.

    I did notice one thing, when I first played I only had 40 turns, after
    runnning maint I had 90.

    I sent you a Replacement BTW.EXE... apam.zip

    You can disregard it...
    Or use it if you want,,

    Just add the DOORSYS or DORINFO to the end of the Batch File Command Line that runs btw.exe

    I will look into the 40 versus 90. I think new users I have set at 40, and NMaint to 90... I will have to change the BTW.exe to reflect 90 for new
    users as well...

    I saw that, I don't really understand what's different in it? If you want me to test the new EXE I will, but as it's working now with door.sys..?

    Does that do something different to specifying DORINFO in the ADOOR*.CFG?

    The only difference in the apam.zip was it reads Dorinfo or Door.sys and it determines if how it will treat the user.uName and user.Alias that the door toolkit looks at. As said before, they have different info.

    The BTW program uses User.Handle and User.Name in the program, but Dorinfo has user.uname= Handle and does not read user.Alias... It's different with Door.sys...

    Anyway, you can leave yours as-is for now. It's working as Door.sys so no need to mess with it.

    The "Final" release will have the 40 turns fixed to 90 for New Users. It will also have a determination for Dorinfo versus Door.sys...

    No it's not whats in the ADOOR#.CFG.... I had to put a way for the program to tell whats being used.. thats all..

    I will keep playing the one you have online as well...

    I noticed some other thing, you can buy multiple of the same power level,
    so for credit card charge I can buy powerlevel 100 twice for $200 and get
    +200 powerlevel or I can buy powerlevel 200 for $900.

    I'm not sure if this is a bug and your meant to only replace power levels
    with higher ones, or if it's just the prices are a bit off?

    I originally thought if I bought powerlevel 100 I would be upgraded from
    50 to 100, but instead I get an increase to 150.

    Yep... I do not know what the hell I was thinking when I set those costs... I've changed the .ans file (hackremp.ans) and changed the values in the
    program itself (btw.exe). I've uploaded it to your system (apam2.zip). Just replace the contents of the zip in the installed folder.. btw.exe and hackremp.ans

    Thanks for the good catch on pricing... Why would I buy a Level 6 for 12000 when I can buy several lower ones for a lesser cost...

    I must have been programming that at 4:00am... Sheez..

    I've updated, but there's one small problem......(sorry)

    I added DOORSYS to the end of the start.bat

    Now it asks me to enter my handle and real name..

    I entered garycrunk and Gary Crunk and it let me play as you..

    I entered apam and Andrew Pamment and it let me play as me..

    I'm thinking it might be a good idea to go back to the way it was and just say DORINFO isn't supported, in this day and age everything supports DOOR.SYS anyway :)

    I've found it's easier to just update magicka BEFORE I bother to read /
