I was hooked up under the old version before he re-did things, and was using
an old version of the software, for whatever reason i couldn't get it to
work. I didn't want the menu, I wanted to be able to go directly into the
game from my game menu. He's got it working great! Now i just have to add 190 games to my games menu. LOL!

I can't think of any real reason to even use those services. If you want food that bad, and need to have a service deliver it, you are truely lazy or not that hungry.

You'll end up paying double if not more for the meal.

There must be a reason to use them, they're VERY popular. I'm far from lazy, and yes. I get hungry. I've never paid 'double' for anything I've ordered.

I've ordered from Appleby's. total differnce from the same EXACT order through the delivery apps was less than 5 bucks. 20 dollars in the restaurant, 25 from ordering through the delivery app.

You should get your facts right before posting bro....

We use Uber Eats et. al. here occasionally - it's not any differnet than a "fuck it let's order pizza night", but you have more options than just pizza. Most of them don't charge a whole lot actually; not any more than you'd pay for
    a tip really.

We need a car though, both my wife and I work in the next town over, and
we've done the bus thing. It SUUUUUUCKS. Have to leave for work 2 hours early just to get to work 30-45 minutes early, or you're late. Plus, there's always
a couple weirdos on the bus. It's not a pleasant experience.

As it is, we only have the one car between us, so I have to drop her off
to work early so I can have the car to get to work later myself. Still better than a bus, even if I'm not a morning person.

Well that's not so bad then. I thought it maybe based on prices like for instance a Taxi ride. Sounds like it's not really based on mileage that the ubereats driver charges. I don't, and would never use the service, If I'm hungry, I go out and get my food.

Well first of all, you don't have to be an asshole your entire life. I've never used the service, nor would I use the service, I'm not going to pay for someone to deliver my food, if I'm hungry I either make something to eat, or
    I go get it.

I don't think it's necessary to attack someone, while sitting behind a keyboard, just because you were lazy and had someone deliver you food, and I didn't, and wouldn't.

SO very true about the weirdos! There's always someone playing loud music, someone that smells bad, someone that wants EVERYbody to hear them talk, and the stupid school kids! :\

I used to have 3 cars before prison. All got taken to the impound. :( Since I've been home (almost 2 years), my health, mainly hips, It would have been too painful to drive anyways. Now I'm rehabbing both hips from surgery over the summer, which is going GREAT! I have a few more surgeries to do before I can even attempt to drive again... so I'll be bus'ing it for a minute

I like being a asshole, thank you very much! It seems YOU'RE the one with issues since you say pretty much anybody that use that service is lazy. I'd rather be lazy than have tunnel vision like you ANYday.

I didn't attack you at all. I said you were wrong for calling people that use delivery services lazy. What about the ones that don't have cars, or might be disabled, or other health issues. Maybe they have kids and it's easier to order out?

Like I said... before you talk, you should atleast know what you're talking about.

I'm not lazy, but I use food delivery services, because I make a good living.
I guess people that go out to eat are lazy, too.

High five for making a good enough living to not give a fuck.

I order doordash all the time but it's because I don't trust the cleaning
lady here by herself and can't go to the store or restaurant. Sometimes the
dog walker has my dogs outside and I have to wait for her to get back, so I order food instead of going out.

My nutritionist thinks I should have fresh acai bowls after I work out, so I also order those on doordash to be delivered immediately after my personal trainer leaves.

So, it's not laziness, it's privilege, don't be mad.

I rode the bus almost exclusively when I was in my 20s. Caveat: I lived in San Francisco, which had a pretty good bus system. Not pretty, but it got the job done.

They had 24/7 service, a metro rail line that ran underground, and those cable cars you've most likely seen cresting a hill overlooking the bay and Alcatraz. Back then, a monthly bus pass cost $36 and got you unlimited rides.

I drank a lot more when I was younger and didn't need to drive *anywhere*.

San Francisco has its share of bus weirdos, but Weird was the new Normal in
San Francisco and I was younger and more weirdo-resistant back then.
