Hello All,

Marisa and I have been putting together a new QWK/FTN network called GameNet for a few weeks now and I think it is up on the QWK side at least. There isn't an FTN node yet but I believe it is also ready. We don't have an advert yet but in time we'll have one, so this is the first advertisement.. :)

How does one sign up to the ftn side of things?

I just need a session and areafix password along with your nodes connect info and whether to set your node crash or hold.

I have to add an ftn_info.txt for FTN nodes to the gamenet.zip.. :)

Just catching up on this news, and was aware you were working on this. So firstly my best wishes to you and Marisa in your endeavors! It looks like you have done a lot of set up stuff thus far :)

I'll download the pack and have a look.

There are problems I see but I don't have a solution imediately. :( But I am working on it.

I'll download the pack and have a look.

For some odd reason the website (or actually ftp site) is not serving gamenet.zip or the other files. Cranky old ... ;)

There has been a handfull of new nodes over the last couple days. I'm going to go have a look and see if I can get this working again.

I dunno what happened but if you haven't been able to get the file try agian in a hour or so from now. I'm hoping to get that fixed before I head out for work shortly.

Cool.. I'll keep an eye out and get back to you ASAP. I'm heading to work shortly. My first night shift of the summer season. I hate that but the temps inside are better at that time. Supposed to be a heatwave hitting this week, 35C or so.
