For those interested, I got message base subscribing / unsubscribing
working... the command is a bit unwieldy...

./mnetsubunsub [Configfile] [ADD/REMOVE] [AREA#] [HOST#] [JamBase]

It sends a "control" message to the hub, and updates both the hub's
config file and the sender's config file..

It doesn't return any success or failure messages, but that could be
something to look at.

Now I just need to update the mystic tools, though no real rush I guess.
