To flag a message press 'f' when it is highlighted in the list view or while reading a message. The purpose is to highlight messages you feel are important and want to come back to (I often read a message then think i must reply to that later and forget all about it).

Magicka uses a modified version of Crashmail, so yes it should do
areafix, however it doesn't do filefix.
