I've pushed v0.9-alpha into master and branched v0.9-patch and
v0.10-alpha.
That kind of means I've released v0.9-alpha, except I'm not doing a
github release.
* v0.9-patch will just be bugfixes
* v0.10-alpha will be new features.
* v0.8-patch will no longer be updated.

To update from v0.8:
git pull
git checkout v0.9-patch
make www
Feel free to change v0.9-patch with v0.10-alpha if you want the latest
features as I add them.
