Has anyone sat down and plotted out how they want their board to look and
feel on paper first then transferred that onto the screen (kinda like a story board) vs just winging it and building it on the go.

    Genuinely curious.

Actually yes - I store the config for my board in a private GitHub repo, then have a list of 'issues' which is stuff I want to do. Not for my board, but for other software projects I've used Trello, which also works pretty well for this
kind of thing. THings in my list right now are stuff like importing the rafts of files into the Enig filebase, fixing the telnet bridge menu, themeing some lesser-visited bits I've not got to yet etc etc

As for the actual 'feel' - I fiddle about in pablodraw until I get something I like, then I make the board fit into that :)

Github, I should set one up to use as backups. I can feel a corruption coming on as my sd is 7 years old.

My problem is in pablodraw I can never make something I like :P

I did not have mine up till I had something I liked setup so had to work out how things would work etc. Never winged it, least I do not think I did. :P

    Cheers!
