Hello All!

OK, every one I was sending crash to where there is regular flow has no been changed from Crash to Normal and I will be polling once an hour.

Lets see how that goes but note that you will be polled even if there is nothing on hold for you - yes a dirty way but I will clean this up if needed.

If any of you do not need the frequent i.e., say every 3 hour, 6 hours or even just daily please let me know.

I may change this brute force polling any way to just change the .flo (Norma), .hlo (Hold) files to .clo (Crash) but I have to work out how to :(

The simple way is to do in a script :

cd outbound (for z2)
mv named file for node.?lo to node.clo

Do same for other three zones

OR do some king od script bunny to look for files *.?lo and change to *.clo inside a for loop.


This script will throw up errors if any node.?lo does not exist but that I can live with.

It will start at 23:00 GMT today.

Now don't start polling me otherwise I cannot tell if there is an error in the script but having one of you having mail/files outstanding more than one hour that should be being polled.
