  • Sub-board UTC option

    Some BBSes or message networks might preferred to have their messages timestamped in UTC, regardless of the local timezone of the BBS. So a per-sub-board option to use UTC rather than local time when timestamping messages could be nice to have - rather than configuring the entire BBS to use UTC instead of the local timezone as would be required today.
