Have you tried using ctrl/alias.cfg?
some_address@my.bbs.com sub:code
Should import any messages to the given address to the sub with the given
code
without creating any kind of export rule. (The only point I'm unsure of is what happens with replies to the original message.) You'd need a unique address per list subscription, I guess.

echicken is right, this is how I bring some one-way list traffic in. You
do need a unique address per list sub, and the replies will come back to
your bbs (and anyone else carrying the sub on the fido, qwk, etc., side),
but won't echo back out to the list.
