Not sure what you mean by that. Adding tag lines to your messages?

If you use a reader you won't see them. I also thing they are random but not sure.

The stock Synchronet reader outputs a random tag line after a message? Seems like a strange place for a tag line if it's not part of the message..

line"...

That's normal. When you post on your BBS, Synchronet only adds those when sending messages out to the network, so you're not going to see those for messages posted from your BBS. You should see those on your BBS in messages imported from other BBSes though.
