Hi, I am trying to the sbbslist script to work in the webv4->pages->more folder, The page loads but errors about 3 entries into the list and displays; !JavaScript C:\sbbs\exec\load\graphic.js line 113: TypeError: bin is null... anyone else with this issue?

That error seems like it shouldn't be possible with the current version of the script.

If you've run the install/update script, you'll need to copy this:

pages/.examples/More/999-sbbslist.xjs

To:

pages/More/999-sbbslist.xjs

(Replace 999 with whatever ordering prefix you prefer.)

The updater does not overwrite your existing Pages in case you have customized them, so this needs to be done manually.

I meant in/for the web server. sbbslist.js is for executing via the Terminal server or (some operations) via jsexec, not from the web server (for Ranger).

It's using sbbslist-lib.js, which is in turn using Graphic to spit out an HTML rendering of the BBS preview. As far as I know it works. (In fact, you fixed the bug he's talking about back in January 2019.)

This is what I am trying to do. The file 999-sbbslist.xjs was in the MORE folder when I installed out of the box. Is this an example of it at work: http://cvs.synchro.net/sbbslist.ssjs Or am I heading in the wrong direction? Thanks for the help. PS I am running win 10 x64 synchronet v3.17b

I used the windows installer from the official download site (( ftp://synchro.net/Synchronet/sbbs317b.zip )) Yes html root is set to webv4 in the config file (../webv4/root) I have not been able to get it to work.

You can see this issue I have at my home page under the MORE dropdown.

I just wanted to verify that your web UI was installed to the location where the script expects it to be. It is, so that's good.

Definitely not a Win 10 thing. You've got an old copy of the sbbslist.xjs script, and the bug you're seeing was fixed in January 2019. You just need to update.
