    in other words, when they have viewed a new bulletin posted in the message base, is it shown to them the next time they use the xtrn?

    No.

    I think it's just a list of all of the bulletins you have available, from newest to oldest.
    Maybe a limited number of them.

    i'm wanting something that only shows the ones that have changed since their last visit... i was hoping bullshit would do that...
