• How to read ssl.cert

From Trikester@1:103/705 to All on Tue Oct 26 13:23:09 2021
    Hi,

I'm setting Synchro up and unfortunately need to put synchro's web bits behind a proxy (using Apache still). Doing ssl seems to be a bit of a challenge as I haven't yet figured out how to deal with Synchro's ssl.cert file.

I'm happy with either extracting the pieces from that file to other files for Apache, or figuring out how to get Apache to read it directly, but I haven't yet found detail on the format of this file, I suspect I just haven't grokked something I've looked over on the wiki.

Any hints on how to use openssl to expose the key + cert pieces? As I've proxied port 80 without issue, I've had Synchro get a Let's Encrypt certificate without issue.

    Thanks!

Aaand I think I've figured it out via certtool's export function.
