I can’t seem to get FTP to work with iPad for some reason. I put in the address and then nothing happens. It just sits there in oblivion. Do you use your iPad to FTP with? Maybe you can help me set it up by giving me some information.

    Different error on my side:

Maybe try just using regular FTP and not FTPS/TLS.

There are already file transfer protocols that support this option.
They need to be set/supported by both the client and the server.

It's exceedingly annoying to have a webpage change its layout of its own volition while you're navigating it, so this raises all kinds of other problems. At best, when I finish the new forum page, you'll maybe get an unobtrusive pop-up when new messages appear in a sub or thread, and you can click on it to load them or reload the page.
