Does anyone run InternetREX?
I can receive mail and process it without issues but when I post a
message then sbbsecho scans it and creates a packet and FLO file, it
does not send. If I re-enabled BinkIt, BOOM, it goes out.

SBBSecho is using the Binkley Style Outbound, or BSO so if you setup Irex
use that I think it'll work for you.
