    I have a rant about my local staffing agency.

    I had two decent positions with Kelly Services at this branch, but the problem is the customer service is sadly lacking. If there was good customer service, then people would be giving this branch better reviews. The big issue was the point of contact for communication about your assignments was sadly a disappointment. I used the email address to communicate, but it seems like you are most likely going to get ghosted by her. If you must deal with the point of contact, try calling on the phone or texting the individual instead.

    The other irony is that when you get your letter about getting your new assignment, they say please communicate with us 2-3 weeks before your assignment ends to see if they can get you a new assignment so you can continue working with them, but that seems like a sweet nothing if you are not working in the warehouse/logistics industry where you are told to simply just go to their job portal instead.

    If these two pain points were solved perhaps, they would deserve a 4 or 5 star review. Until then I will give them a 2.
