    Title: Homemade Bone Broth
    Categories: Poultry, Vegetables, Herbs
    Servings: 1 gallon

2 lb Chicken heads & feet
    1 bay leaf
    1 onion; coarse chopped
    2 carrots; chopped
    2 celery ribs; chopped
    3 cl garlic
    1 ga filtered water
    2 TB apple cider vinegar
    MMMMM==== OPTIONS =========================================
    ginger
    herbs
    salt & pepper
    soy sauce
    more garlic
    Tamari sauce

Place all main ingredients (not the optional) in a large
    stockpot or slow cooker.

Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 24
hours. During the last 30 minutes, add any optional
ingredients you want and season to taste; get creative
    here!

After the broth is done, you will want to strain it
through cheesecloth or nut milk bag. I put a nut milk
bag into a fine sieve and ladle the broth through it
into another pot or bowl. Because the bones are broken
down and soft, these are safe to give your dogs as a
    treat.

That’s it! Now you can drink the broth like tea or add
it to any recipe that uses water.
