    Title: Slow Cooker Ranch Chicken
    Categories: Poultry, Cheese, Pasta
    Yield: 8 servings

    3/4 c Chicken broth
    1 oz Env ranch dressing mix
    2 lb Boned, skinned chicken
    - breast halves
    10 1/2 oz Can cream of chicken soup;
    - undiluted
    8 oz Cream cheese; softened,
    - diced
    Hot cooked rice or noodles

    MMMMM--------------------------OPTIONS-------------------------------
    Shredded cheddar cheese
    Crumbled cooked bacon
    Chopped green onions

    In a 4 or 5 qt. slow cooker, combine broth and dressing
    mix; add chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
    Remove chicken to cutting board; shred with 2 forks and
    return to slow cooker.

    Stir in soup and cream cheese. Cover and cook on low
    until cream cheese is melted, about 30 minutes. Serve
    over rice or noodles. Add optional toppings as desired.

    Title: Roasted Cabbage & Onions
    Categories: Vegetables, Herbs, Citrus
    Yield: 6 servings

    2 lb Head cabbage; coarsey
    - chopped
    2 lg Onions; chopped
    1/4 c Olive oil
    3/4 ts (ea) salt & pepper
    3 tb Minced fresh chives
    3 tb Minced fresh tarragon

    MMMMM--------------------------DRESSING-------------------------------
    2 tb White balsamic or white wine
    - vinegar
    2 tb Olive oil
    2 tb Dijon mustard
    1 tb Lemon juice
    1/2 ts (ea) salt & pepper

    Set oven @ 450ºF/232ºC.

    Place cabbage and onions in a large bowl. Drizzle with
    oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss to coat.
    Transfer to a shallow roasting pan, spreading evenly.
    Roast until vegetables are tender and lightly browned,
    30-35 minutes, stirring halfway.

    Transfer cabbage mixture to a large bowl. Add chives and
    tarragon; toss to combine. In a small bowl, whisk
    dressing ingredients until blended. Drizzle over cabbage
    mixture; toss to coat. Let stand 10 minutes to allow
    flavors to blend. Serve warm or at room temperature.
