Title: Cheesy Chilli Fries

5 c Frozen seasoned curly fries
1 tb Olive oil
15 oz Can chilli w/beans
1 c Shredded cheddar cheese
MMMMM---------------------OPTIONAL TOPPINGS--------------------------
Sour cream
Thin sliced green onions
Diced avocado
Set oven @ 450ºF/232ºC.
Place fries on an ungreased 15" X 10 X 1" baking pan;
drizzle with oil and toss to coat. Bake according to
package directions.
Divide fries among four 2-cup baking dishes; top each
with chilli and cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, 5-7
minutes. Serve with toppings as desired.
