Title: Party Shrimp

1 tb Olive oil
1 1/2 ts Brown sugar
1 1/2 ts Lemon juice
1 cl Garlic; thin sliced
1/2 ts Paprika
1/2 ts Italian seasoning
1/2 ts Dried basil
1/4 ts Pepper
1 lb Uncooked U-30 shrimp;
- peeled, deveined
In a bowl or shallow dish, combine the first 8
ingredients. Add shrimp; toss to coat. Refrigerate 2
hours.
Drain shrimp, discarding marinade. Place shrimp on an
ungreased baking sheet. Broil 4" from heat until shrimp
turn pink, 3-4 minutes on each side.
