MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

Title: Shrimp Scampi

Yield: 4 servings

4 cl Garlic; minced
1/4 c Butter, cubed
1/4 c Olive oil
1 lb Uncooked U-40 shrimp; peeled
- deveined
1/4 c Lemon juice
1/2 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Dried oregano
1/2 c Grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c Dry bread crumbs
1/4 c Minced fresh parsley
Hot cooked angel hair pasta

In a 10" ovenproof skillet, saute garlic in butter and
oil until fragrant. Add the shrimp, lemon juice, pepper
and oregano; cook and stir until shrimp turn pink.
Sprinkle with cheese, bread crumbs and parsley.

Broil 6" from the heat for 2-3 minutes or until topping
is golden brown. Serve with pasta.
