Title: Grilled Buffalo Steak Tips

Yield: 6 Servings

1 lb Bison steak tips
2 tb Butter
Bell pepper
Onion
Bacon

MMMMM---------------------------SAUCE--------------------------------
6 oz Unsalted butter
2 cl Garlic; minced
1/2 c Franks's hot sauce
1 ts Salt

Put individual servings of steak tips in aluminum foil;
put 1 teaspoon of butter per pack. Put bell pepper slices,
onions and bacon in each pack; fold foil over all
ingredients; place on grill for about 30 minutes. If you
choose, you can marinate tips before you put on grill.

While the buffalo is cooking, melt the butter in a small
bowl along with the garlic. Pour this along with hot sauce
and salt into a bowl large enough to hold all of the tips
and stir to combine.

Remove the meat from the packets and transfer to the bowl
and toss with the sauce.
