Ummm... They spent a great deal of time talking about why had they not charged Trump with insurrection if there was an insurrection on J6... There is a law that would cover this and if they used that law against him it would have precluded him from running again...

Our resident commies don't think that people should have their day in court to defend themselves against allegations of being an insurrectionist.

Looks like the US Justice system may prevail here... Even Justice Jackson, this is the one who doesn't know what a woman is, was asking challenging questions... It Should be a 9 to 0 vote.

BTW, you don't need to watch the above mentioned video... Trump commented that this court case was Beautiful... He's been right about everything else.
