JUST IN: Trump Will Remain on Colorado Ballot Pending SCOTUS Decision

Here's the scam.... Colorado SC gave Trump until January 4th to appeal to the US Supreme Court, Trump said he will do it on January 3rd.

Ballots have to be printed on January 5th and it could take months for the Supreme Court to hear the case anyway....

But there were people waiting with baited breath... Because of the new rules in the US where people Guilty before they are proven innocent.

The problem is is that is going on... There are 9 or more states right now working to get Biden off the ballot... At least they have a case...

Here's the problem with this is that they are trying to normalize this law-fare business... In they years to come we'll see the Democrats busy in the court room with their radical judges and DAs trying to settle things through them and not allowing the people their choices.

It is lawfare when it involves something made up... like the shennanigans involving his taxes.

When a case is in response to something dumb he did, like take a bunch of documents home (*), or make phone calls to request that state officials "find votes" or not do their jobs, or hold a rally in DC on the same day that the votes are being certified and it unsurprisingly gets out of hand, that is on Trump and Trump alone.

If he didn't want lawsuits he should quit saying and doing stupid things.

(*) Yes, taking documents home is something dumb that a lot of officials have done, and the Feds should be on them just like they went after Trump for it.

And ALL past presidents did so in the past... Well in my life time anyway. In the past the presidents worked with the powers to be through Presidential Records Act that was put into law back in Nixon day.

Presidents can declassify any thing they want... FUNNY as sh!t... Joe Biden, Judas Pence had documents but they didn't pursue them. The Florida case will get tossed because of the Presidential Records Act and the president of how they treated all other Presidents prior.
