Section Three of the 14th Amendment is not all that complicated.
The language is simple and very easily understood. The USSC could
decide to allow the appeals court to stand, without doing a thing.
And that would be the end of Trump's dream to delay the trial so
that it would go away after the election.
What you fail to understand is how things work as per such cases.
This is a state law, and the appeals court is the end of the line.
Letting that stand would be the end of Trump.
