This is where you're wrong... Trump had black people in his administration... They were not diversity hires but rather hired based on their merit and qualifications... There are some women on the short list for his VP... Though they are not black I think they had sex with black men... So... they had a little black in them... ergo the might qualify...

But since you are arguing against the Narrative (which is always true, don't ya know), you can never bring enough facts or argument to absolve yourself of that burden of proof.

That's why I don't bother with the Ignorant Elitists anymore.

Biden being on the take for 50 Million from multiple foreign lands and then intentionally putting this money into hundreds of LLC's and into off shore accounts as well. You think that is normal behavior?

Why do you bring up Hunter Biden? Is it a distraction from Donald Trump's AI> crimes and charges?
The alleged crimes that Trump has been charged are based on a Kangaroo court. They exist for several reasons, but legitimacy has never been one of those reasons.
    1. These charges from the DOJ are premeditated to do several things.
Change the mind of Trump Supporters to grow distance w/ doubt in hopes that this will weaken Trump. We are not blind nor do we forget everything that the Democratic party has done in the past with a effort to damage Trump.

    2. Ever notice when the heat is turned up on Biden, mysteriously it follows another charge within a few days thereafter against Trump.
This is a distraction. It is entirely dishonest as well.

    3. This is a very much a political prosecution, going after the republican front-runner, they want to bog him down in court so that Trump will not be effective on the campaign trail, such a action is being noticed in plain sight, and I will tell you right now that this is a miscalculation on their part. Trump support will only grow stronger, specially when the left pulls stunts like these.

    4. I'm at the point and (I know that I'm not alone.)
"who cares what Trump did" w/ these alleged process crimes.
There is no case in GA, Washington, D.C. New York, or Southern Florida.

Impeachment of Joe Biden is looking more and more imminent.

    crimes and charges?
The alleged crimes that Trump has been charged are based on a Kangaroo court.

The charges were brought for the US DOJ. Hardly a kangaroo court.

That doesn't aanswer why you (or someone else) keeps bringing up Hunter Biden.

They exist for several reasons, but legitimacy has never been one of those reasons.

They are completely legitimate. Questions? Ask a lawyer.

    1. These charges from the DOJ are premeditated to do several things.
Change the mind of Trump Supporters to grow distance w/ doubt in hopes that this will weaken Trump. We are not blind nor do we forget everything that the Democratic party has done in the past with a effort to damage Trump.

The mind of Trump voters is not a concern.

    2. Ever notice when the heat is turned up on Biden, mysteriously it follows another charge within a few days thereafter against Trump.
This is a distraction. It is entirely dishonest as well.

I am surprised by the charges too. I never expected any of the "documents" charges. It never crossed my mind. Trump could have avoided those simply by returning the documents when he was asked to return them.

I don't care much about the Stormy charges either. He could have avoided those charges too.

I have been expecting charges around Jan. 6 and the fake electors and the Georgia phone call. Those (all in fact) charges are well deserved and I hope he will be convicted for those actions.

    3. This is a very much a political prosecution, going after the republican front-runner, they want to bog him down in court so that Trump will not be effective on the campaign trail, such a action is being noticed in plain sight and I will tell you right now that this is a miscalculation on their part. Trump support will only grow stronger, specially when the left pulls stunts like these.

The "documents" case, the Georgia cases, and the Jan. 6 has been going on since shortly after the donald left office. He was not a candidate at the time. He was private citizen so it is clearly not political.

If I was a republican I would put someone else on the ticket. I don't know who but I'd get on that.

    4. I'm at the point and (I know that I'm not alone.)
"who cares what Trump did" w/ these alleged process crimes.
There is no case in GA, Washington, D.C. New York, or Southern Florida.

I know you don't care. That much has been clear.

Impeachment of Joe Biden is looking more and more imminent.

You'll need a crime of some sort.

The mind of Trump voters is not a concern.
Maybe not to you a Canadian, but none the less I do believe there is an effort to change the minds of voters, as they try to paint a negative view of Trump. We already know what Trump brought as a previous President and it was marvelous and from those years most of us can see what a complete train wreck the Biden Administration has been and we can also see where it is going in a downward spiral.

    2. Ever notice when the heat is turned up on Biden, mysteriously it follo AI> > another charge within a few days thereafter against Trump.

The Presidential Records Acts says he has 5 years to work with this office, it has only been 3 and he was working with this office, then his place gets raided by Garland's DOJ. Trouble is the Presidential Records act was never mentioned as the act that was allegedly violated. The only thing that they could come up with is the a so called violation of the Espionage Act.

The Act also outlawed false statements intended to interfere with military operations; attempts to incite insubordination or obstruct the recruitment of troops; and false statements promoting the success of America's enemies. Those charged with violations were subject to a $10,000 fine and twenty years imprisonment.

Explain to me or attempt to explain how this fits against Trump.

    More on this at
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Espionage_Act_of_1917

I don't care much about the Stormy charges either. He could have avoided those charges too.
Bragg is a complete imbecile his case is pointless, he has yet to explain how the misdemeanor gets boot strapped into a a felony, or what crime was committed to create the felony.
Nonetheless the statue of limitations has expired over a year ago from when we all learned of Alvin Cheeseburger Bragg.

I have been expecting charges around Jan. 6 and the fake electors and the Georgia phone call. Those (all in fact) charges are well deserved and I hope he will be convicted for those actions.
The Defense will have the transcript of what was said, by all parties including Trump. There was nothing wrong with that Georgia phone call.

    3. This is a very much a political prosecution, going after the republica

If Donald Trump wasn't running for election of the Presidency there wouldn't be any charges, they are doing all of this to stop him (or so they think) of Trump becoming the next President) haven't you been paying attention?

There is no case for January 6th either, again there is the matter of the transcript of every word spoken by Trump and I do believe he told people to (paraphrasing) "to remain peaceful", he even inquired about having the national guard at this event, a day or days before the event but the newscast that you watch or the newspapers you read didn't cover this at all, did it?

What were all the fake elector about? They were about installing a president not elected by the people.

The Jan. 6 case is also strong. I am not sure how Donald's defence lawyers will defend that although they will have to come up with a defence.

    Hello Alan,

You are the one calling it dirt.

    That's what it is.

Took them five years to dig it up.

It is up to you to prove it is dirt

There is no evidence of any crime.

But there is plenty of dirt.
As shown by Hunter Biden's lawyer.
In a letter he wrote to the panel.
You can view it in my post to Mike.

    or shut up.

You don't have to read or reply.

    And yet it still exists.

Why do you bring up Hunter Biden?

Because that is what the two whisteblowers were blowing about.

Is it a distraction from Donald Trump's crimes and charges?

Five years. Begun during the Trump administration, and finishing
up just in time to make it an issue for the next election.

Of course, do try to realize who those two whistleblowers are -
The "agent" will be a janitor or housekeeping employee who "saw"
and "overheard" certain things. They were not employed as agents,
but technically they were employed to work in a IRS facility.

IOW, this was all a political stunt. Concocted by Republicans
as an attempt to bring down Joe Biden - any which way they can.

I wonder how much they were paid by Republican operatives to
become a "whistleblower"? After all, no self-respecting IRS agent
would be willing to even contemplate stooping that low ...

    What are "crimes and misdemeanors"?
Whatever the House defines as such.

That is what President Gerald Ford told the news media when asked

First of all there is no Jury, in the majority of cases.
You're being very broad here, and misleading at the same time with the use of the very large brush. Are you doing this to convince yourself and others who think just the way you do. That your right, this is called despotism.

The only one that I know of is the New York Case where there is NO case.
There is no new information on what crime was committed (Bragg never told us) that bootstraps a misdemeanor (of which has expired due to the statue of limitations.) into a felony. Which is why there is NO case, as the saying goes "We all innocent until proven guilty" this includes Donald Trump too.

Oh stop it with all of that, what your talking about is a process crime at worst, the Presidential Records Act was never mentioned, because it wouldn't fit. So they went The Espionage Act.

The Espionage Act broadly sought to crack down on wartime activities considered dangerous or disloyal, including attempts to acquire defense-related information with the intent to harm the United States, or acquire code and signal books, photographs, blueprints, and other such documents with the intention of passing ...

These are the idiots you seem to be supporting, so tell me if possible.
How does the Espionage Act fit here and what is the twisted logic with its use.

    4. I'm at the point and (I know that I'm not alone.)
"who cares what Trump did" w/ these alleged process crimes.

Then you do not care about people who violate the trust of the American public.
Violate the Trust of the American People? Seriously Dale.
Joe Biden and the Biden Family are corrupt, to which point of the damage and just how far is the depth of the Biden corruption. We will all know the answer to these questions as more information is coming.

So which violates the trust of the American people more, not returning Federal documents when a person was President or raking in millions of dollars from China, Russia and Ukraine? If that was not bad enough but there is information from Bank records show hundreds of LLC shell companies, which means that the Biden's tried to conceal this from the American People that you claim to admire and care so much about. Give me a break...

Just look at his cabinet it will tell you all you need to know.
It speaks all for it self and it's not whatsoever in the positive.

What is the issue with Biden's cabinet?

The charges are all around national security. Do you care about America
    and national security?

I think I just addressed that.
Let's clarify on the slim chance that I was unclear.
Trump allegedly having Federal documents does not harm national security one bit, and that's the truth.

I hope that is true but I am not convinced.

The DOJ is doing all these things and applauding the actions of like minded individuals because they are terrified that they will lose power, these so called charges are nothing more then a end to what the Democrats hold most dear Power.

The DOJ is not appluding anything.

Trump. There was nothing wrong with that Georgia phone call.

That was not the "perfect phone call" as you call it.

"Guys, gimme a break. I need 11,000 votes"
That is not all illegal. Is it? Nope...

    It is telling.

Donald Trump did say early on Jan 6 to "peacefully and patriotically
march to the capitol". Near the end of his speach he also said "If you
don't fight like hell, you're not going to have a country anymore".

You're taking out of context more then just a little bit.

Nope, I heard Donald speak those words live on TV.

Nope -- they are premeditated to show that no one is above the law.
Others who have done less than what Trump is charged for in Florida are now serving multiple year sentences in Federal prisons.

Oh stop it with all of that, what your talking about is a

I have heard people claim that the recent case of the Pentagon employee who

    Internet, which is not "less."

Recent cases where folks "did less" by stockpiling classified documents in insecure locations (like their garages, law offices, etc.) and who were at
the time not covered by any Presidential authority have had no charges filed.

If Trump really did something, beyond careless storage, and that can be proven beyond doubt, then he should get in trouble. If it turns out to be a case

We just have to see what to see what happens.
Ya know if he (Biden) wasn't corrupt, he would not have to worry about the Republicans uncovering anything.
But by the end of what was Biden's Vice Presidency he thought his political life that has spanned nearly 50 years was over so he turned on the money spigot and became The Brand. Surely these foreign countries wouldn't pay Hunter 10 cents without his Dad being the Vice-President.
It is clear and quite obvious that they were paying for access to Joe Biden. Don't give that crap that they were walking about the weather w/ phone calls went out to Dad on the cell phone. They paying for the Brand called Joe Biden a man who could fix things within a corrupt country. Lord know he has not fixed anything here within the United States, still waiting for that list.

What is the Weather like in Ukraine. cold.

Things are going to get much worse for Joesph R. Biden Jr.
It was due to Joe's arrogance over words that were taken out of context and a misunderstanding when Trump allegedly mentioned Good people on both sides comment. Joey then got fired up in the basement and got the courage to run,
(and some odd reason) he remained in that very same basement while running but the old fool either forgot or did not care about his connections and actions as it related to his son Hunter.
I think the later was the case with Joe, being as arrogant as he is.
History will more than likley show that Joe Biden was the most corrupt person to hold the office of the Presidency in all of U.S. History.

Joe Biden lied many times, when he said he had nothing to do with Hunter's business dealings. Then the wording changed with what was released.
It went from he did not have any knowledge of TO he was not in business. Opps.

History will more than likley show that Joe Biden was the most corrupt pe
to hold the office of the Presidency in all of U.S. History.

History will tell the Joe Biden story when the time comes.

The Donald Trump story will also be told although much of it is only unfolding now.
It's amazing Trump ended his term as U.S. President in January of 2022, and still in August of 2023 he is still much in the news and on the minds rent free of libs everywhere. All of these phony indictments designed to slow him down, because the left is so terrified that Trump will win and if that happens it will be worse then death for these people on the left who crave
    power and control.

The DOJ has not attempted to stop, or even slow down Donald Trump. Others charged with similar crimes are held in custody while awaiting trial. That is not the case with Donald Trump. He is free to go where he wants, travel where he wants and speak to who he wants (aside from co-defendants). He is free to campaign at will.

This is clearly a justice issue.

That last bit about the Biden's not talking business is lefty-spin from

This spin is factually false for many reasons.
    1. What did "no experience" Hunter bring to the table to offer, he knew nothing of gas or oil, he said as much on Good Morning America.
It is clear as to his of his involvement, access to his father Joe Biden, VP.

2 The DOJ via Joe Biden tried to intimidate Devon Archer with a mailings of a threating letter [this was almost right out of the movie Goodfellas] from the DOJ on a Saturday - this is noteworthy because it almost never happens.
3 Do you know why Devon Archer testified in the first place, because he felt like was thrown under the bus and felt betrayed by the Bidens.

That's what it alleges...and the allegations go on...

The allegations break down like this... The government says that Trump KNEW he lost the election... BUT chose to not believe it and chose to BELIEVE the election was stolen. The conspiracy side of the charges stem from the legal advice he received about the electoral certification process...

Let is be known that this is not the first time the US had had this issued... Recall 1960 when Kennedy was voted in.... Apparently it was a Hawaii sent in a double set of electors.... after some wrangling the STATE legislators chose to affirm the democrat electors...

In 1877 Ulysses S. Grant was elected, reconstruction ended and the Democrats began to impose Jim Crow las because of this.... But the state of Florida's legislators chose to swap out the Democrat electors and replace them with Republican electors thus breaking the tie and Grant, a Republican, was elected into office.

There was several instances back in 2016, when Trump beat Hillary, that high profile Democrats told states to not send their Republican electors.... Several instances in history, and as well as 2017 when Trump's presidency was being certified, where Democrats were objecting to the process.

During the 2020 election 5 states sent in a double set of electors... these states did so after being presented with voting irregularities...

As per the constitution the electors are sent in by the state legislators and if there is a discrepancy the state legislators were asked to clarify...

VP Judas Pence wasn't made to chose what ones were to be seated... Judas was asked to ask the state legislators what they wanted done...

Alan Dershowitz, a life long liberal democrat who has never voted republican, was talking about the legalities and the issues surrounding the current indictment...

    https://youtu.be/VPUeIKk5SS0

That is not news. That is from the indictment.

I know it's not news... There are legal experts talking about this... I just think you lack the skill set... and the knowledge of the Constitution and as well rudimentary knowledge of US history to make opinions such as the ones you make.

It's a free country Joe. You can believe anything at all. You can say anything at all.

    Hello Alan,

But why are we talking about Hunter Biden?

Would you rather talk about Trump?

Sure, if you want to talk about Trump go ahead.

Several prosecutors want to talk about Trump. And more wanting
to join in the conversation. Not sure how many, with 75+ indictments
already and five scheduled trial dates, with more on the way, it may
be all we will be talking about between now and election day.

That is what Trump likes to talk about.
    So why shouldn't we all?

There is nothing to talk about. Hunter is a private citizen.

    So is Donald Trump.

He is not president, has never been president, will never be president.

    You do not know that.

I don't think he has or will run for any office.

Why should he? He has open access to wherever he wants to go.

    Hello Greg,

After the election Donald Trump did go to court saying the election was
stolen but he was not successful. The indictment also talks about that.

Hillary Clinton and her supporters threw a fit and created hell on Earth when she lost the election, but what Hillary did next was to install a fake
narrative of Russia Russia Russia, which hung over the nation.

Hillary Clinton acted honorably, and conceded to Trump. Not once
did she question the results, or challenge the results in court.

Even though she won the popular vote, having received over three
million votes more than her opponent, she did not try to undermine
the legitimacy of the election or the final results. Nor did she
seek to install "fake electors" in order to steal the electoral
    college vote.

"Not my president" was the chant from her followers.

    Donald Trump is nobody's president.

    For Life,
    Lee

Sorry.... It's never been in a court...

Doesn't seem very honorable to me.
Yes she did question the results, in many ways.

    https://tinyurl.com/4m9ecmju

The reason why she lost is clear, she alienated half the country. Maybe instead of calling Trump Supporters "A Basket of Deplorables" and she went on to state that Trump Supporters were racist to among other things...
She did not talk enough about what she would of done for the country.
She was too busy bashing Trump.

How could we be racist after the election of the first black president.

This is was James Comey former Lead at the FBI said

Comey also said the FBI assessed that there was no direct evidence that Clinton's personal email domain was hacked. It is possible, however, that hostile actors gained access to her personal email account, he added.

He characterized the investigation findings as showing that Clinton and her team were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information but he said there was no clear evidence they intended to violate the law.

Still, Comey said the FBI's recommendation is that Clinton not face criminal charges for her actions.

Although there is evidence of potential violations regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would
bring such a case, he said.

The allegations break down like this... The government says that Trump KNEW he lost the election...

Of course he knew. His advisers told him. He spent millions investigating the election and those investigations revealed no evidence the election had been stolen and he was told this.

BUT chose to not believe it and chose to BELIEVE the election was stolen.
The conspiracy side of the charges stem from the legal advice he received about the electoral certification process...

He didn't like the outcome (a lot of people didn't like the outcome) but he knew he lost.

During the 2020 election 5 states sent in a double set of electors... these states did so after being presented with voting irregularities...

Yes, these fake electors are also under investigation and indictment now.

As per the constitution the electors are sent in by the state legislators and if there is a discrepancy the state legislators were asked to clarify...

The state(s) sends in electors as the people have voted, yes?

VP Judas Pence wasn't made to chose what ones were to be seated... Judas was asked to ask the state legislators what they wanted done...

Pence had no authority to do any of that and he didn't.

That is not news. That is from the indictment.

I know it's not news... There are legal experts talking about this... I just think you lack the skill set... and the knowledge of the Constitution and as well rudimentary knowledge of US history to make opinions such as the ones you make.

I have an opinion the same as you do.

It's a free country Joe. You can believe anything at all. You can say
    anything at all.

And so can Trump.... and now for the first time in post constitutional US history one party is trying to criminalize Thoughts and beliefs.

The indictment does not criminalize Trump's thoughts or speech. It says as much.

Trump has been indicted based on his actions.

Where was the DOJ to indite her w/ her actions, with the hell
she has put the country through.

    Hillary was investigated.

"Lock her up!" was the chant of the crowd when Trump was nominated
in 2016. The only thing that has changed since then was an additional
chant of "Lock him up!" in reference to Hunter Biden. But at least
Hunter plead guilty to a few misdemeanors and will spend no time in
jail for his derelictions of duty.

    So please.

    Let's get something straight.

    Hillary is still being investigated.

And the crowd is still chanting "Lock her up!"

Even though she has never been charged with a crime of any kind.

Nor has she plead to a misdemeanor or what might count as one.

    Besides, she has an excuse.

She is married to a man named Bill.

The president who never told anybody to ever tell a lie.

Which explains why Hillary was the most admired person in the world.

Until Michelle Obama came along and took her place.

    But that's okay.

    Now we have Dr. Jill.

And we all know what the world thinks about Dr. Jill ...

He did this all in ~40 seconds and he left the hosts speechless...

    How similar are their crimes?

I don't know who, if anyone, Al is thinking of. The case I have heard

That is the case I am thinking of. I forget the young mans's name.

I'm just pointing out that others have been jailed because of these
    types of crimes. Many times.

If it happened so many times then why don't you have any examples?

If you need examples then look it up. It's not something new that hasn't been used before.

    It's ok Al.

    I know it's OK.

I used to be a parrot also. Back around 2020 I thought Fox News was the coolest thing ever, and I blindly followed their narratives and I thought that everything they said was true, but then I realized that they were full of it and that I too was full of it because I was parroting their lies.

No Judge or Jury has seen the evidence of election fraud... PERIOD...

ALL cases were dismissed based on standing.... ALL!!!

Not all. I think the Texas case (the Texas GOP, not Trump) was dismissed based on standing, and even Trumps cases could have been thrown out for lack of standing but many cases were dismissed because of a lack of evidence.

I sent you a video, though it was fox news... I told you where to go in that video to see a CNN segment where the person who was asked to join the segment SCHOOLED the CNN hosts on 2 issues... 1, the electoral college and how it's certified and 2, the fact that all the election cases were never heard because of standing... He did this all in ~40 seconds and he left the hosts speechless...

The video? How about some facts rather than stories?

Trump went to court without evidence.

Trump has evidence and it'll now be heard in a court of law...

I don't think so. Donald Trump is the one on trial, not the election.

Even if it was there is still no evidence the election was stolen.

    Stories yes, evidence no.

The crimes involved classified documents. Small change compared to the
    Donald.

    You're parroting, bigtime!

    I'm not parroting anything/anyone.

I'm just pointing out that others have been jailed because of these
    types of crimes. Many times.

Here are a few I found simply with google.

    Robert Birchum, 2023

Birchum, who was an Air Force lieutenant colonel with a decorated 29-year military career, pleaded guilty in February to one count of violating the willful retention of national defense information provision after investigators discovered during the first month of the Trump presidency in 2017 that Birchum had stored more than 300 classified documents or files in his home, a storage pod on his property and his officers quarters overseas. Birchum was not charged with spying or giving the documents to anyone, and he cooperated with investigators and conveyed remorse but a Trump-appointed judge sentenced him this month to 3 years in prison.

    Kendra Kingsbury, 2022

Kingsbury, who was an analyst for the FBI, pleaded guilty in 2022 to two counts of violating the willful retention of national defense information provision after she was indicted by a federal grand jury in 2021 for possessing classified documents in her home. The Justice Department said Kingsbury took home approximately 386 classified documents from work over more than 12 years, including secret information related to counterterrorism intelligence sources and methods, open investigations, the FBIs technical capabilities, intelligence gaps, and al Qaeda in Africa. Kingsbury, who was not charged with spying or giving documents to anyone, is scheduled to be sentenced next week.

    Jeremy Brown, 2022

Brown, a retired Army Special Forces sergeant who later became involved with far-right group the Oath Keepers and ran for the Florida state House as a Republican, was convicted by a federal jury in 2022 for both possession of unregistered grenades and guns and for violating the willful retention of national defense information provision. When the FBI searched Browns home in 2021 upon arresting him over his alleged involvement in the pro-Trump riot at the US Capitol on January 6, 2021, they found the unlawful weapons and a classified Trip Report he had written in 2011 about the search in Afghanistan for missing soldier Bowe Bergdahl. Brown was sentenced in April to 7 years and 3 months in prison, though not solely over the classified document.

There is more and you are free to look at all/any of them.

The Espionage Act is very broad. A person can be charged or accused of violating it for a wide range of offenses, some *much* more serious (and completely different) than others.

What you need to show us are the exact cases where someone got charged, and
was kept in prison awaiting trial, for violating it in the manner that Trump
is accused of. THAT was your claim.

So far, all you have given us is "I don't remember his name."

I am not going to do research to prove *your* point. That is up to you to
do. If there are so many examples of persons who have recently done

proven here that someone was kept in prison for doing the same thing as
    Trump *while awaiting trial*.

You HAVE proven that someone else did EXACTLY what Joe Biden did (storing documents in his home AND cooperating) and was charged, found guilty, and
    put in prison for it.

So the next time you try to tell us that Biden didn't do anything wrong, I

    Kendra Kingsbury, 2022

Kingsbury, who was an analyst for the FBI, pleaded guilty in 2022 to two count
of violating the willful retention of national defense information provision a
er she was indicted by a federal grand jury in 2021 for possessing classified cuments in her home. The Justice Department said Kingsbury took home approxima
ly 386 classified documents from work over more than 12 years, including secre
information related to counterterrorism intelligence sources and methods, open
nvestigations, the FBI.s technical capabilities, intelligence gaps, and al Qae
in Africa. Kingsbury, who was not charged with spying or giving documents to yone, is scheduled to be sentenced next week.

Your claim was that people were kept in prison awaiting trial while Trump
is free to campaign. Trump has not been sentenced yet. You have not
proven here that someone was kept in prison for doing the same thing while awaiting trial.

Also sounds similar to what Joe Biden did, except this lady got charged and plead guilty.

    Jeremy Brown, 2022

Brown, a retired Army Special Forces sergeant who later became involved with f
-right group the Oath Keepers and ran for the Florida state House as a Republi
n, was convicted by a federal jury in 2022 for both possession of unregistered
renades and guns and for violating the willful retention of national defense i
ormation provision. When the FBI searched Brown.s home in 2021 upon arresting m over his alleged involvement in the pro-Trump riot at the US Capitol on Janu
y 6, 2021, they found the unlawful weapons and a classified .Trip Report. he h
written in 2011 about the search in Afghanistan for missing soldier Bowe Berg
hl. Brown was sentenced in April to 7 years and 3 months in prison, though not
    olely over the classified document.

Your claim was that people were kept in prison awaiting trial for retention
of documents while Trump is free to campaign. Trump was not in possession of any unregistered weapons. People who are in trouble on weapons charges are considred to pose a different risk and are often kept in jail awaiting trial (although you didn't prove that Brown was).

That part sounds more familiar to what Hunter Biden did. He is not being
kept in jail for his weapons charge while the courts decide whether or not
    to accept his plea deal.

Please provide examples of persons who were kept in jail, awaiting trial,
for the willful retention of documents, which is what Trump is accused of
and which is what you claimed has happened to others.

The crimes involved classified documents. Small change compared to >> >> Donald.

    You're parroting, bigtime!

    I'm not parroting anything/anyone.

I'm just pointing out that others have been jailed because of these >> types of crimes. Many times.

Here are a few I found simply with google.

The first 2 plead guilty, that's why they went to jail. The 3rd one was found ilty, and that's why he went to jail. Plus he was found with grenades. How man
grenades did they catch Trump with?

Remember that Al's original claim was that several people have done the
same thing that Trump is accused of AND were kept in jail awaiting trial
while Trump is out campaigning as a free man.

None of his examples showed this to be true. If anything, Al provided two examples of people who did what Joe Biden did, got charged, found guilty,
and put in jail. He also provided one example of someone who had weapons charges, like Hunter but who, unlike Hunter, may have been kept in jail awaiting trial on said charges.

He is trying to change the argument without admitting he was initially
wrong. No one is going to claim that people have not been found guilty of violating the Espionage Act because we are all too smart to think that
would be true. An unrelated case of such was discussed here just last week.

    Hello Greg,

Trump is facing 4 indictments, and could be sentenced to 5, 10,
or 20 years. Quite a stretch for man his age. The charges are real,
and he is facing serious time in prison. Jack Smith is not kidding,
    and nobody else is, either.

Jack Smith has lost more cases than he has won, he is a loser, like you.

Special Counsel Jack Smith has a reputation for winning tough cases
against war criminals, mobsters and crooked cops. He is a Harvard Law
School graduate who is not affiliated with any political party, who
started as a prosecutor in 1994 at the Manhattan DA's office - his
    main gig prosecuting mob bosses.

He also spent time to supervise war crime prosecutions at the
International Criminal Court in The Hague.

It is very easy to eee why AG Merrick Garland appointed him Special
Counsel. And also why President Joe Biden is so pleased.

It's time you face the music, Greg.

You going to be very disappointed, when things don't go you way.
Nothing new for you though, right?

When Donald Trump walked into the court room the other day he was
mad. When he sat down and had to wait for over twenty minutes before
anybody said anything to him it got worse, as he got madder. So mad
that one could see steam coming out of both his ears. Fortunately
for all inside the courtroom he did not explode and no cleanup crew
    was required.

Trump's goose is cooked. He is going to prison.

Not only is he NOT going to Jail, but Trump has lived for 77 years and all of this time he has not faced one indictment to the kind he is facing now.

Jail is only a holding place for those waiting to be convicted
and sentenced. Trump was booked and fingerprinted, but no mug shot
taken due to himself being one of the most photographed people in
the world (as well as most easily recognized). But once the jury
renders its verdict of guilty, he will be led out of the court
and given a new set of orange clothes to wear, and taken directly
    to prison.

Tell me again, how this is a not a political circus.

The news media will cover the story when the prison gates close
    with Donald Trump inside.

And then the American people (and the world) will forget about LL>him.

or there could be another civil war, and I will playing for the Red team.

This is not a game, or sporting event. Although some misguided souls
might think it is. The participants on January 6 most certainly did.
And many innocent people were harmed, some even killed, as a result.
Hundreds of people have been arrested, charged, and convicted. This
was not an act of politics, but an act of a domestic terrorist cult.

And we all know who the leader of that domestic terrorist cult is.

    You really want a re-match?

Donald J. Trump will be in prison. Kind of hard to lead a domestic
terrorist cult from prison. Or write a book. Like Hitler.

How about we just duke it out here with words.

Donald Trump has his Truth Social.
Not sure if he will have access while in prison.

You're a lightweight & you don't present any challenge in the slightest of measure.

Surviving twenty years in the slammer will be quite a challenge
for a fat man who loves junk food and diet coke.

    For Life,

There are lots of local news stories of people going to jail for illegal gun possession. Felons can't have them, if the guns are unregistered then nobody can have them, if they are a banned model, nobody can have them. Illegal gun possession is a real thing. It don't matter if they used it to threaten somebody or not. All that matters, is whether or not they have elite status.

    From the article:

"A federal judge held a brief hearing Monday in the case of Jack D. Teixeira, the Massachusetts Air National Guardsman accused of leaking top secret information on the Internet."

So, he leaked the information on the Internet. This was the case I brought up that is not similar, unless you have proof that Trump also leaked the documents on the Internet.

Second point, also from the article:

"TeixeirarCOs lawyers have urged Talwani to overturn a ruling by a magistrate judge, who ordered Teixeira jailed without bail while awaiting trial after concluding he would pose a danger to the community and may flee if released."

So the judge concluded that this person might pose a threat to the community and may flee if released. Trump, by your own admission is campaigning to be President and, since he cannot be President if he flees the country, is not a flight risk. You have also shown no proof that he himself is any more of a threat to the community whether free or behind bars.

So, again, surprise you have not proven anything.

Trump was not in possession of any unregistered weapons.

    Nobody made that claim.

But you did claim that a case was similar where someone did, which makes it dissimilar. See below.

People who are in trouble on weapons charges are considred to pose a different risk and are often kept in jail awaiting trial (although you didn't prove that Brown was).

Is that the guys name? There was no talk of weapons in the story I posted. Onl
    that he shared classified documents.

What do you mean is that the guys name? You posted the damn article.

And yes there was talk of weapons in the story. I quoted it back to you, and you chose to remove it. Here is that part of your post again:

    Jeremy Brown, 2022

Brown, a retired Army Special Forces sergeant who later became involved with far-right group the Oath Keepers and ran for the Florida state House as a Republican, was convicted by a federal jury in 2022 for both possession of unregistered grenades and guns
    [Alan Ianson => Aaron Thomas]

"Possession of unregistered grenades and guns." Did you not even read what
    you posted?

That part sounds more familiar to what Hunter Biden did.
He is not being kept in jail for his weapons charge while the courts decide whether or not to accept his plea deal.

Of course not. Hunter Biden is not a threat to anyone.

But you claimed the guy above, who had unregistered weapons, was kept in
jail. That case is more similar to Hunter's than Trump's.

Please provide examples of persons who were kept in jail, awaiting trial, for the willful retention of documents, which is what Trump is accused of and which is what you claimed has happened to others.

    I provided three names yesterday.

ZERO of those articles said they WERE KEPT IN JAIL, AWAITING TRIAL. ZERO.
THEY ALL WENT TO JAIL AFTER BEING FOUND, OR PLEADING, GUILTY. The THIRD one was in posession of several unregistered weapons, which means it was NOT SIMILAR TO TRUMP.

Tell you what I am going to do. When I get some time I'll look it up and see i
I can find the story agian, and share it agian, just for you.

You do that. If you cannot prove your claim that people who were charged
of similar crimes were kept in jail awaiting trial, you have no point to
    make.

Hunter never used the gun in a crime. He didn't threaten anyone with a

Hunter Biden was charged with possession of a firearm while an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance, which carries a potential prison term of up to 10 years.

Sure, and Hunter is in court currently. The outcome will be known soon enough.

What shall we convict hunter of today?
There should be no more sweetheart deals for Hunter specially surrounding or offering immunity for crimes that are discovered in the future.
What a bonehead. The media tells us this was a Trump Judge, this should be the commonsense of ANY Judge. No one should provide a get out of Jail Free card.

Indeed the number of guns, legal and illegal in the USA is astounding.

Trump, by your own admission is campaigning to be President and, since he cannot be President if he flees the country, is not a flight risk. things to what Trump did and were kept in jail awaiting trial while Trump
is "still a free man, free to campaign" for office.

    Yes, that is the case.

That is what I challenged you on. So far, you have not proven that point
    at all.

Charges under the espionage act are very serious in nature. That is why (that is a guess an my part) defendants are held in jail pretrial in many cases.

Trump wasn't trying to sell documents, and Trump was not also in posession
of any unregistered or non-civilian weapons, so using cases where either is true is not a "similar" comparision.

Nobody made that claim. I didn't. The indictment doesn't and I haven't seen anyone else make that claim.

I didn't make the claim that Donald Trump was selling anything or that Donald Trump had any weapons.

Why do you bring that up?

What you need to show us are the exact cases where someone got charged, and >>> was kept in prison awaiting trial, for violating it in the manner that
Trump is accused of. THAT was your claim.

    I gave several examples yesterday.

    No you did not.

I have given several examples. There are more if you are interested. Go look.

You are the one that claims they exist. Produce proof or shut up.

    I have done so.

I am not going to do research to prove *your* point.

No one expects you to prove my point. You haven't even proved your points.

It was your claim, that someone did what Trump did and had to wait in
prison for their trial. Produce proof or shut up.

    And that is so.

That is up to you to do. If there are so many examples of persons who have >> > recently done exactly what Trump is accused of, and had to stay in prison >> > awaiting trial, you should have no problem producing at least one example.

Sorry, no. Trump is in a league of his own.

The examples provided prove the point I was making.

They most certainly did not. You did not prove that a single one of them, that didn't have several weapons charges, remained in jail awaiting trial.

Hunter Biden's plea agreement fell apart halfway into a court hearing on Wednesday, a shocking twist that cost the president's son the "sweetheart deal" he had secured with federal prosecutors only for a revised, more limited deal to be agreed on later but put on hold.

Under the initial plea deal, Biden was expected to plead guilty to two misdemeanors for failing to pay his federal taxes on time in 2017 and 2018, while avoiding being prosecuted for a felony gun charge illegally possessing a firearm as a drug user.

But both sides said the bargain was off the table after U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika, who is presiding over the case in Wilmington, Delaware, questioned if the deal offered the president's son blanket immunity from prosecution in his plea dealings or only for his tax offenses. After the top prosecutor said it would not offer sweeping immunity, Biden's attorney
declared the agreement "null and void."

I don't know about Gregory, but I am not near as connected as Hunter so,
no, I would never have gotten the sweetheart deal that Hunter had before it fell apart. I would be in jail for tax evasion, possession of a firearm by
a druggy, and probably several drugs charges to go along with them.

If you believe that most of us would get the same deal offered, you have seriously disconnected from reality.

Title: Hunter Biden's 'Sweetheart' Plea Deal Falls Apart During
    Hearing
    Website: https://tinyurl.com/2bka2ewj

It's true that Hunter's plea deal fell apart. Nevertheless, it was
    not a
    "sweetheart" deal.

Sweeping immunity for past and future offenses not yet discovered?
That's sickening sweet; like the kind of sweet that is found on a birthday cake from the supermarket.

One cannot be tried twice for the same crime. That has always been
a part of our system of justice. If new evidence is found, that is a
different matter. But one cannot be tried forever and ever and some
folks would like things to be.

What do you think the outcome would be for the rest of us with those same kind offensives. hmmm? Yeah? I thought so....

Hunter Biden's lawyer rejected the plea deal, and for good reason.
His client remains free, and not guilty of having committed any crime.

Most of the American people prefer this system of justice rather
than that of a kangaroo court, which is what Russia and some other
    countries have.

But both sides said the bargain was off the table after U.S.
    District Jud
Maryellen Noreika, who is presiding over the case in Wilmington,
    Delaware
questioned if the deal offered the president's son blanket immunity
    from
prosecution in his plea dealings or only for his tax offenses.
    After the
prosecutor said it would not offer sweeping immunity, Biden's
    attorney
declared the agreement "null and void."

Just how this will proceed I don't know, and I don't care.

You have been carrying in here for quite some time, dodging, weaving and ducking that is all over now. I think you care a great deal because you were the one who said that Hunter did not receive a sweetheart deal.

Not all first offenses require time in prison. Most are suspended
sentences, especially for non-violent crimes. As such, the plea deal
was far from what anybody would call a "sweetheart deal".

It is obvious to anyone with a scintilla of a brain. Don't care, indeed. Bottom-line his lawyers got greedy. Which is why he walked out court with his proverbial tail tucked between his legs with no deal.

Hunter Biden is still a free man. And that irks you. I love it.

    Sweeping Immunity?

No individual can be charged with the same crime more than once.
That is one of the bedrocks of our system of justice.

Now theres a subject to discuss around the water cooler.
He is guilty as sin and so is his geriatric father as well.

No trial needed! Just lock him up! And while your at it, lock her
(Hillary) up, too!. What fools! Next thing you know, you'll want to
imitate Vladimir Putin and do away with elections (once you get your
highness Donald Trump back in office).

    Hello Alan,

I suggest ya'll get behind someone other than Donald Trump.

Nobody else can be trusted. Nobody else has the integrity.

Donald Trump is not a man of integrity.

    That's not the point.

    Aaron was right. Absolutely right.
He may not realize it, but what he said was exactly what
every MAGA nutjob knows in their own hearts and minds.

This is not the leader of a political party you are talking about.
Far from it. This is the leader of a domestic terror cult. And you
know as well as everybody else that such a leader is never wrong.
Nor will such a leader ever admit he/she is wrong.

Donald Trump said the election was stolen.
He said so publicly, and very loudly.
Not once has he backed down from that claim.

His followers know he can be trusted.
Which is why they trust him.
His followers also know he will never lie to them.
Which is why they believe him.
    And every word he says.

This as nothing to do with integrity.
The man is who is he is, and always has been.
He said he could shoot someone on 5th Avenue and get away with it.
    I believe he would.
    His followers know he would.
That is the difference between me and them.

Now, being from Canada you might be able to get away with dissing him.
But only if you stay in Canada.
Or if Canada remains a separate country, not part of the USA.
I mean, he did try to buy Greenland.

    So please.
Be careful what you ask for.
    You might get it.

"We have to address this in a way that is about giving resources based on equity, understanding that we fight for equality, but we also need to fight for equity," she said in a chat with Priyanka Chopra at the Democratic National Committee's Women's Leadership Forum on Friday, September 30.

If by some very slim chance Joe Biden has a second Inauguration Day.
It will look and have more in common w/ Weekend at Bernies than anything else.

An individual is elected as president to serve one term at a time.
That means one inauguration for that term, without any need for any
second or third or fourth or any other subsequent inauguration.

That same individual could be elected as president to serve another
term, whether consecutively or not. That means one inauguration for
that term, without any need for any second or third or fourth or any
    other subsequent inauguration.

That same individual could be elected as president to serve any
number of terms, regardless of the count. Of course, the same applies
as to only one inauguration for each term, regardless of how many.

Now there is the off chance that a different Joe Biden could be
elected president, making him an entirely different character.
But the last person to have done that trick was Grover Cleveland,
who had two numbers as president rather than one.

Of course, Donald Trump might make that happen in 2025, becoming
    both Trump45 and Trump47.

But don't get your hopes up.

    For Life,
    Lee

Yep! Biden calls us "White supremacists," but really we're just LL> AT> "Whit
people" aka "the biggest threat to homeland security."

    Yeah! Whoopi Goldberg for President!
With Mayor Ted Danson as Vice President!

Those 2 lowlifes are headed in the same direction as the country, so why not?

Bertha? Is she the Fat Lady, that will be singing at the end of the Biden Administration? I think she may in route to the Party, with the way things
are going down hill fast for all of the Biden's. My feelings were not hurt.

    Hello Greg,

That same individual could be elected as president to serve another
term, whether consecutively or not. That means one inauguration for
that term, without any need for any second or third or fourth or any
    other subsequent inauguration.

What are the qualifications for a corpse, asking for a friend.

    1. Being dead.
    2. Staying dead.

that term, without any need for any second or third or fourth or any

JFK knew better than that. And so did Mayor Daley. Both knew full
well that no corpse was qualified to serve as president. But they
sure as heck could vote. For the candidate of their choice. Which
is all Mayor Daly asked them to do.

Now think about that long and hard. Had it not been for Mayor Daly
finding enough dead folks to vote for his friend JFK, then Richard
Nixon (and Checkers) would have been elected top dog. Fortunately
for us all, that did not happen.

Since the days of JFK there have been several other Democrats who
managed to find enough corpses to get them into office. LBJ had two
beagles, Him and Her, to help find them. Jimmy Carter had God (and
his brother Billy) on his side. Bill Clinton had Hillary. And let's
not forgat about the Clinton body count. There is also Barack Obama,
who had another Mayor Daly to count on.

Today we have Joe Biden, who is older than dirt. And that is where
most corpses are found - in dirt. So it stands to reason that he will
easily win a second consecutive term. Unless some other candidate who
is older than dirt can be found.

Is Donald Trump that man? Is he really older than dirt, not able
to compete with those young studs who want the job? I heard he is too
chicken to even show up on stage with the youngsters in a scheduled
debate. Imagine the shock of it all when the audience finds their
Donald has run away from a fight.

Joe Biden might wind up winning the next election by default.

    Biden's?
Just curious? How is it possible that you do not know.
When things do start to move to the point of no return for the Biden's then you will know all to well. But being this clueless it will hit you like a ton of bricks just fell on you, when the crap hits the fan, it will do so at a
    high rate of speed.

I haven't seen anything "going downhill" WRT the Bidens.

How do you imagine that things are going downhill for the Bidens?
