Let me tell you about something that happened to me it was with someone so charged with TDS and a complete lunatic. This occurred to me during the Kavanaugh investigation, when I was working as a contractor for Momentive silicone (formerly GE silicones). I shared an office with a young lady who was a staunch liberal, covered in tats and even had green hair. like most of these deranged individuals she just couldn't keep those strong liberal emotions to herself.

Since it was civil court, he technically was not charged with
anything.

Differences between criminal charges and civil charges -

* Some charges are criminal - meaning there was a crime committd
against the state

* Some charges are civil - meaning there is a dispute between two
individuals

Since this was a civil case, Trump could not be convicted.
But he was held liable, as the jury found him guilty as sin.
