I thought they were the RINOS because of their seemingly strict conservative agendas, but now I think that maybe I had it backwards, and they might be the last good remaining Republicans.

I suspect the president of funneling the money, I suspect Zelensky of squandering it, and I suspect Speaker McCarthy of being complicit. The taxpayers need to know and see how the money is being spent, without a penny
