Hello Everybody,

It had to happen. In s special election for a seat in the Louisiana
state legislature, two Democrats made the runoff. One is an ex-con who
spent four years in prison, the other is a military veteran who owns
a coffee shop. People are again putting bumper stickers on their cars
that read "Vote for the crook. It's important."

Only in New Orleans.
Where everybody knows your name.
