I changed my editing colours to green characters on a black background, like the old terminals.

Wondering what colours it is when it gets to you.

It is easier on the eyes.

    Cheers,

Your text quoted seems to be blue on white. My own text is black on
white. The defaults of this Thunderbird. ;)

Old terminals - easier on the eyes? Yeah. :D :D

    Hello Alan,

I changed my editing colours to green characters on a black
    background, like the old terminals.

Wondering what colours it is when it gets to you.

In GoldED I see quoted text as yellow and regular text is light grey.

It is easier on the eyes.

The colour is determined by the application you are using to read the messages.

There is no colorization (normally) in message text that we transfer between systems.

    Ttyl :-),

You can set it up for black on black if you want in WinPoint.

The information on the color of my text does not go out. It clearly gets displayed as each person has thier systems set.

    Cheers,
    Alan
