Have been looking very closely at this software. Downloaded the source code...but couldn't find any steps to compile it. Would anyone know any
online steps to be able to compile it?

Has anyone run it in the past? If you have...are there any pitfalls that are
in 2.99 I need to watch out for? With software this old...has the author decided to allow it to be abandonware or open source?

    Thank you!

Thank you! From what I've played around with...accepted the AREAS.BBS from FastEcho without cutting off the titles at 8.3 like Telegard 3.09 was doing.

Am hoping to have time enough to play around with it & set it up. 2 days off this week & 4 for next...got my fingers crossed.

    Thanks again!
