    Joe,

I had a woman working with me one time who flirted with nearly
anything in pants, but, if someone said something to her she got
    offended.
You wanna play that game sister, its a two way street.

Exactly. Years ago, I danced with a lady who had a deal on her keychain
that said "sexual harassment welcome here". All righty, then. :P

Everything is taxed at some point by some government agency and all these are passed along to the ultimate consumer in higher prices.

I remember working at Burger King over 40 years ago, the sales tax (more aptly, "the hamburger tax"...which part of went to the budget for the local Convention and Vistors Bureau, and the rest to the city, county, state, and
the federal government) was 7 cents on the dollar. Today, I think it's nearly 13 cents on the dollar. Some cities and states though, have no local sales
    tax or income tax.

Nah, Daryl and I joke back and forth all the time.

Got to have some levity in life.

If you get praise from me, it's sincere.

    I'm waiting... :)

You may be waiting awhile. <g,d,r> Seriously, as the tagline notes, "The
best way to get praise is to die"...but, it's more like "I'm glad that worthless fool is gone". The way I took at it..."what folks think of me is
none of my business". What The Good Lord thinks of me is all that matters.

I would tell those asking why I was visiting online friends I would
tell them I've known them for years.
But I brought death and destruction with me.

You sure that The Grim Reaper wasn't in tow with you?? :P

One can learn a lot from the older generations.

Too bad the young people can't comprehend that. Admittedly, growing up,
we thought we knew everything. Now, we find out, we didn't know anything.
