That makes sense, if there's no AAAA record, then one can presume no
real attempt to make IPv6 accessible.

If there once was an AAAA record and it has gone now, that is not
likely to be an accident. Assuming that removing IPv6 was a willfull
act seems reasonable.

Agree on that count as well. I can't see any other reason an AAAA
record would be removed.
