• IPv6 without IPv4

And that's what you thought I should be considering when you suspected I was offered just that within a private 100.64.0.0/10 network? As opposed to my, longer than you, tunnels from first SixXS and then he.net.

Sometimes I really do not understand you, Michiel. :(

I did indeed suspect that was what was offered to you. No, it is not what I thought you /should/ be considering. But with your scientific background, I would have expected you to take a quick look under the hood now that the vehicle was accidentally parked on your driveway. Just out of curiosity. I certainly would have. Independant of whether I wanted it for myself or not.

As opposed to my, longer than you, tunnels from first SixXS and then he.net.

Why the pissing contest? I do not know if your SixXs tunnel predated mine or not. I did not keep the records after they closed shop. It may or it may not. What I do know is that my Fidonet IPv6 connectivity predates yours. I am #4 on the list, you are #12. Plus that I have the he.net sage T-shirt...

Sometimes I really do not understand you, Michiel. :(

That goes both ways. I suspect that is at least partly due to both of us having to make do with a language that is not our native language.

    Cheers, Michiel

You should. We even made jokes about it in this very echo. Alas, never mind.

I still don't understand why you think I should contemplate, no less investigate, a connection that would deprive me of all IPv4 connectivity.

    Well, EOD.

The license expires when the tunnel is no longer used? Hmm...

Indeed, I do not use it any more. I have native IPv6 since medio 2016 and I can report that although he.net provides an excellent service, native IPv6 is better than a tunnel. I am one of the lucky ones. :)

I got mine long after I closed my last he.net tunnel, having been native for many years. :)

    I don't recall a question about whether one uses a he.net tunnel. ;)

I went native in 2011, and my VPS went native within a couple of years after that.

I've got one to show too. ;)

Took me longer to get my shirt, had to wait for someone external to me to fix up their NS glue records, before I could claim mine. :)

Ah, I did not mean the certificate. I should have that around somewhere as well.
