    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Dilled Honey Mustard For Roasted Chicken
    Categories: Herbs, Vegetables, Condiments
    Yield: 1 Servings

    1/2 c Snipped fresh dill
    1/2 c Sliced shallots
    1/4 c Snipped flat-leaf parsley
    3 tb Dijon mustard
    2 tb Softened butter
    2 cl Garlic; peeled, crushed
    1 1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Black pepper

    Process until almost smooth, scraping side of bowl with a
    rubber spatula as necessary. Loosen skin on chicken. Push
    paste under the skin, smoothing as evenly as possible.
    Cover chicken tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate
    overnight. Roast according to Roasted Chicken recipe,
    omitting thyme sprigs and leaves, sage, and bay leaves.
